CityBoost SEO (“CityBoost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a local marketing agency operated by Alkalyne Solutions LLC, based in Montebello, California. We provide local SEO, website design, Google Business Profile management, advertising, and related services to home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website at cityboostseo.com (the “Site”) and when you communicate with us.

Information you provide to us

When you submit a contact form, request a free audit, start a conversation through the chat widget on our Site, or otherwise reach out, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your business name, website, and industry
• The contents of your message or request
• Any other details you include in your communications with us

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, and general location inferred from your IP address. We use this information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and our marketing.

• Advertising & analytics partners. Through the technologies in Section 3, Google, Meta, and Reddit receive information about your interaction with the Site to provide analytics and advertising services. We may also send conversion information to these partners server-side (for example, via the Meta Conversions API); this can include hashed identifiers such as your email address or phone number, used solely to measure and improve our advertising.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CityBoost, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as the Meta and Reddit pixels) may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out as described in Sections 7 and 8.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us — through a form on the Site, by calling or texting us first, or by otherwise giving us your express consent — we use your number to send the messages you signed up for, such as replies to your inquiry, audit results, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us directly. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services that enable us to deliver messages to you.

You have several ways to control analytics and advertising:

• Google Analytics — install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta (Facebook) — adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
• Reddit — adjust the personalization settings in your Reddit account.
