These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and CityBoost SEO (“CityBoost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the website at cityboostseo.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

CityBoost SEO is a local marketing agency operated by Alkalyne Solutions LLC, based in Montebello, California. We provide local SEO, website design, Google Business Profile management, advertising, lead management, and related services to home-service businesses.

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any paid services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and CityBoost. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the Site’s operation
• Use automated tools to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of CityBoost or any third party

Information on the Site about our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a contract or an offer of guaranteed outcomes. Search engine optimization, advertising, and related marketing depend on many factors outside our control — including the policies and ranking algorithms of Google, Meta, Reddit, and other platforms, competitor activity, your market, and your own participation.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue, or other result. Any timelines, examples, or illustrations on the Site are estimates for context only and are not promises of performance.

When we offer a free audit or consultation, it is provided without charge and without obligation. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, and we may decline or discontinue any audit at our discretion. Any audit reflects our good-faith assessment based on the information available to us and is not a guarantee of results.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and layout — are owned by or licensed to CityBoost and are protected by intellectual property laws. The CityBoost name and logo are our marks. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them does not imply endorsement. You may not use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

The Site uses and may link to third-party services and websites we do not control, such as analytics and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityBoost and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Our collection and use of information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a form on the Site, by calling or texting us first, or by otherwise giving us your express consent, you agree to receive informational and promotional text (SMS) messages from CityBoost SEO — for example, replies to your inquiry, audit results, appointment reminders, and occasional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and stop sending you text messages. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between you and CityBoost regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
